充分利用脑科学转化研究院基础科研平台和华山医院神经外科临床转化平台,开展帕金森病细胞治疗的基础研究和临床转化工作:
1. 提高诱导性多能干细胞重编程效率,确立一种具有高效稳定的重编程方法;
2. 确立多巴胺前体细胞分化的有效预测标记物,建立高效安全的多巴胺前体细胞分化方法;
3. 解决移植细胞在脑内存活率较低的问题,通过多种途径提高移植细胞在脑内的存活率;
4. 确立一种新型细胞移植注射系统,规范移植手术流程及术后病人随访方案;
