课题组致力于探索胶质细胞代谢的新型功能——以胶质细胞的代谢过程与相关代谢物的功能为研究对象,在神经再生等科学问题的背景下,发现胶质细胞与神经元之间以代谢为基础的新联系,解析相关机制并发展潜在治疗手段。主要方向:
1.研究胶质细胞中各个代谢通路在神经系统功能与疾病中的作用。
2.解析与中枢神经系统抑制再生相关的胶质细胞代谢通路。
3.探索调控神经系统代谢的新方法,以及在治疗相关神经系统疾病中的应用。
