利用生物化学、分子细胞生物学、行为学等方法,在来自于患者的诱导干细胞、类脑器官以及小鼠等多个层次的疾病模型中,对神经退行性疾病的分子细胞机理进行深入研究,重点关注代谢调控在疾病中的作用,旨在发现重要的致病分子通路并探索可行的治疗靶点,推动基础研究成果的临床转化。
