主要研究方向为以小鼠为模式生物研究:1. 不同尺度生存威胁触发的本能防御行为的神经环路机制与疾病发生;2. 自闭症、强迫症、惊恐、抑郁和焦虑等精神疾病相关行为的神经环路机制及潜在的改善方法。课题组主要运用光遗传学、化学遗传学、Ca成像和微型显微镜、在体电生理和脑片电生理、神经环路示踪、行为学分析、在体给药、RNA-Seq多种手段开展原创性的神经环路机制研究,以期揭示本能防御行为和精神疾病相关行为的发生和调控机制,为改善精神疾病症状提供新的潜在治疗方法。
