Position 1 Postdoctoral fellow
Candidate Qualifications:
1. The candidate should have obtained (or will obtain) a Ph.D. degree in chemical biology, synthetic biology, neurobiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, or related disciplines. Experience in molecular cloning and protein engineering will be preferred.
2. The candidate should possess high academic and research standards and have published first-authored research papers in high-impact research journals or on preprint websites in recent years.
3. The candidate should possess enthusiasm for research, demonstrate responsibility and initiative, exhibit strong scientific literacy and academic potential, and showcase proficient communication skills in English along with a robust aptitude for learning.
4. The candidate should be able to conduct research under the guidance of the group leader, have the ability to work independently and emphasize teamwork, and actively participate in student supervision and research grant application.

Position 2 Research Assistant or Technician
Candidate Requirements:
1. Possess a Bachelor's degree or above in biology, chemistry, and medical-related majors. A specialization in chemical biology, synthetic biology, neurobiology, or biochemistry, along with experience in molecular cloning and protein engineering, is highly favorable.
2. Demonstrate conscientiousness and responsibility in your work, complemented by good communication skills and a strong inclination towards collaborative teamwork. Preference will be given to candidates who exhibit exceptional writing and data organization capabilities.
3. Show skill in helping with lab management, which includes purchasing and managing lab tools, equipment, and supplies, and being good at handling financial reimbursement procedures. Being open to carrying out experiments and participating in research projects. Some experience in lab management and administrative work is highly favorable.
