We collaborate closely with clinical experts to analyze cortical activity and dynamic functional networks in disease model mice using methods such as intrinsic signal optical imaging, laser speckle imaging, and calcium fluorescence imaging. Our research focuses on investigating the mechanisms underlying the onset and progression of various neurological disorders and exploring different intervention strategies. By deepening our understanding of these brain disorders, we aim to contribute to improved diagnosis and treatment approaches.
