课题组主要利用光/化学遗传学、病毒示踪、电生理和钙离子成像（光纤记录或在体微型显微镜）等技术结合动物行为学方法，研究负性情绪（焦虑、恐慌）行为的神经环路机制，以及与认知功能密切相关情景记忆学习的环路及可塑性机制。课题组在研项目：
1.利用Cre转基因小鼠，阐明脑内抑制恐慌行为的特定神经细胞及神经环路；
2.研究自闭症Fmr1基因敲除小鼠情景记忆损伤的神经环路及可塑性机制。
