主要研究方向为研究脑内免疫细胞在中枢神经系统疾病中的作用,针对感染、肿瘤、自身免疫病、脑外伤等引起大脑脂代谢紊乱与过度炎症反应、神经损伤、神经核团功能障碍、肿瘤微环境等影响神经系统疾病的病理机制,开展诊断、预防和干预的临床转化研究。课题组主要运用光遗传学、量子点标记、双(多)光子荧光显微镜、代谢组/转录组/蛋白质组等高通量筛选技术、质谱流式、微流控芯片等多种手段开展原创性抗感染、佐剂、神经损伤修复和药物靶向递送的技术开发工作。
